OtisOS began with a simple goal: make HVAC field service easier to manage and diagnostics more structured. The first working platform was built, tested, and deployed through an intense 30-day development period.
During those 30 days, the project expanded from service workflow and customer records into evidence-driven diagnostics, equipment intelligence, technical-source mapping, estimates, invoices, reports, and the foundation for a multi-company platform.
